If someone else did the previous report you put the next number. So I one officer did "01" you would use "02".

Time Off Site Use this to show when you concluded your report. This will not always reflect your time leaving the area as you may write your report on site, but the expectation is that you have completed your security duties and are simply accounting for your efforts.HHMMAM/PM

Narrative *
Upon arrival on site at approximately [time], I began my patrol with a full vehicle sweep of the property, covering all parking areas, entrances, and perimeter boundaries. During this patrol, I observed that the parking lot was orderly, with no unauthorized vehicles or suspicious activity present. After completing the vehicle patrol, I proceeded with a foot patrol of the main building and surrounding amenities, including walkways, stairwells, and common areas. All doors were found to be secure, lighting was functioning properly, and no safety hazards or maintenance concerns were observed. The area remained calm with no signs of loitering, disturbances, or policy violations. I then conducted a final check of the front entrance and high-visibility areas to ensure continued presence and deterrence. At the conclusion of my patrol, the property remained secure and in good condition. I returned to my post and completed this report.
